Tom is Co-founder and CTO of Revela, a women’s health startup developing AI-powered tools to support earlier diagnosis of endometriosis. Tom is an engineer, has a background in biotechnology product development, and has led teams in Belgium and the UK to successful medical device launches. Spotlight Health is currently navigating the early stages of regulatory planning, giving Tom direct insight into what it’s like to tackle compliance and evidence generation while staying lean, quick, and innovative.
